Lisa Lovas - Managing Director Lisa Lovas is the Managing Director for Questcon Technologies. In this role Lisa has responsibility for strategic direction, marketing and operations at Questcon. A seasoned executive, Lovas has more than 20 years of experience in sales and executive management and leadership positions for IBM, Aon Corporation and Affiliated Computer Services (ACS). She has a proven track record in IT consulting services and possesses, HR transformation, complex outsourcing contract negotiation, with a specific subject matter expertise in Quality Assurance solutions and operations in the IT Solutions space. Lisa was Senior Vice President for national Accounts with Profit and Loss responsibility for Spherion’s 700 million National Accounts division. Lisa joined Spherion from ACS, where she served as Vice President of Sales. Lisa spent 16 years with IBM Corporation in a number of positions of increasing responsibility. These included sales representative and systems engineer, product marketing manager, marketing manager and business unit executive for network solutions in IBM Global Services. She posesses a functional knowledge of Quality Assurance solutions and a proven track record in solution sales leadership. Lisa is a cum laude graduate of Union College, where she studied computer science, and attended Boston University, as well as Executive Management programs at both Columbia University and the IBM President’s Class at Harvard University. She is the recipient of numerous sales leadership awards and a frequent speaker at industry forums that have included HRO World, SIA Executive Forum, HROA Advisory Board, the HR Technology Expo and the HR Outsourcing Institute. She has been featured on LandedFMTM and XMRadioTM. |
