• Manage team of test analysts
• Manage defect tracking and reporting processes
• Prioritize test cases based on requirements and deadlines
• Create master test plan to adhere to technical specifications and requirements
• Determine and oversee test and data strategies
• Manage the test environment
• Work with project manager to resolve issues
• Review Test Results and report findings to management in the form of metrics and statistics.
• Test automation experience a plus, especially with Mercury WinRunner and TestDirector
• Version Control and Configuration Management experience a plus.

Education:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
