 Questcon Technologies Appoints Marc Haskelson to Drive Growth
in New and Existing Markets

Greensboro, N.C. and Stamford, Conn. – Feb. 13, 2007 – Questcon Technologies, a leading provider of software quality assurance (QA) and process improvement solutions and Howard Systems International, Inc. (HSI), Questcon’s parent company and a premier technology services provider, announced today the appointment of Marc Haskelson as senior vice president of sales and marketing. With more than 19 years of sales, marketing and operations leadership, Haskelson will play a central role in driving business development and expanding the companies’ presence in new and existing markets such as government, financial services, insurance, healthcare, communications, manufacturing and transportation. The announcement comes as HSI and Questcon celebrate more than 30 years of combined consecutive growth including more than 20 percent growth in 2006.

Haskelson holds an extensive background in business process outsourcing sales, marketing and management and joins HSI and Questcon from Communications Data Services, Inc. (CDS), a division of Hearst Corporation, where he served as vice president and general manager of the company’s Business Solutions group. While at CDS, Haskelson led the company’s successful entry into new markets including financial services, branded manufacturing, insurance, pharmaceuticals and utilities. Haskelson’s efforts allowed CDS to ultimately grow its combined revenue in these markets to more than $30 million in just two years. Prior to CDS, he held a number of senior leadership positions for companies including NewRoads, Inc. (now Accretive Commerce), OrderTrust, Inc., Experian Inc. (formerly TRW Information Systems and Services) and AT&T General Business Systems.

Howard Persky, president of HSI, stated, “Marc’s experience in the delivery of outsourced solutions among a diverse field of technologies will be an asset to both Questcon and HSI as we look to maximize growth and position the companies for continued expansion in new vertical markets and geographies.”

 Haskelson has extensive experience in several technology disciplines including data capture, supply chain, product fulfillment, customer care, payment processing, credit card, financial and database marketing. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Direct Marketing Specialization from State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University.
